0 BENDIX SR-2/4/5 Trailer Spring Brake Valves

The moulded rubber face of the Inlet/Exhaust Valve ('I/E Valve') component of the affected SR-2/4/5 valve assembly can crack and separate from the valve's metal insert. Air can be trapped by a separated I/E Valve causing it to balloon and block the exhaust.

Erroneous signals are induced into the wheel speed sensor inputs resulting in a short release of the brakes on one or more wheels. Cause identified as chaffing of a sensor cable against a rotating component. Only occurs at very low speed.
