2025 LAMBORGHINI Urus SE

Due to a supplier manufacturing defect, the high-pressure fuel pump may not have been fastened to the cylinder head with sufficient torque. As a result, fuel may leak, and in the presence of an external ignition source lead to a vehicle fire.

2023–2024 LAMBORGHINI Revuelto

The pin that supports the door gas springs may not have been assembled according to manufacturing specifications and could become loose and/or detach. If this occurs when in the open position the door may descend downwards with significant force on the driver or passenger. Additionally, excess force may be required to open the door from the inside of the vehicle and the occupant may need extra time to exit the vehicle.

2024 LAMBORGHINI Revuelto

The connecting rod between the passenger wiper arm and the wiper motor may bend with use. If this occurs, the windscreen wiper may not operate as intended. In the event of heavy rain this may lead to poor visibility for the driver.

2022–2024 LAMBORGHINI Urus Urus Performante, Urus S

The hood latch striker rivet studs may have been assembled with insufficient deformation. If this occurs, at high speeds small gaps between the hood and front bumper could develop. This may potentially cause the latch system to fail, resulting in the hood opening abruptly or detaching from the vehicle.

2023–2024 LAMBORGHINI Huracan Huracan EVO, Huracan Sterrato, Huracan STO, Huracan Tecnica

Due to a software issue, the headlamp high beam setting may not operate as intended. This could result in reduced or poor visibility.

2022–2023 LAMBORGHINI Huracan Huracan EVO, Huracan STO, Huracan Tecnica

Due to an incorrect software configuration, the driver’s seat belt reminder chime and visual indicator will not activate as intended below 20 km/h. This may result in the driver not being reminded to ensure their seat belt is buckled when operating the vehicle below the speed of 20 km/h. The correct system functionality is always guaranteed above this speed.

2022 LAMBORGHINI Huracan MY22 EVO, STO

Due to improper assembly during production, the left door latching mechanism may have been incorrectly positioned and could become loose over time. As a result the left door may not be able to be opened using the external handles.

2020–2021 LAMBORGHINI Urus

The automatic locking retractor (ALR) of the rear middle seat may not lock correctly when used with a child restraint. This may result in the child restraint not being tightly secured in the vehicle.

The hood hinges may loosen and may not hold the hood closed. The hood may unlatch and flip open or detach from the vehicle.

The quality of the quick connector of the fuel line located in the engine compartment may not meet operating specifications at high engine compartment temperatures. This can lead to the quick connect material softening, which could result in a fuel leak.

2017–2018 LAMBORGHINI AVENTADOR S

Due to a software fault, the vehicle may not maintain the minimum idle speed required to keep the engine running when idling.

2018–2019 LAMBORGHINI URUS

The vehicle's sun visor does not have the required labelling advising consumers not to install rearward-facing child restraints in the front seat of the vehicle, and the owner's manual is missing the reference to this sun visor label. The vehicle does not comply with the Australian Design Rule 'Vehicle Standard (ADR 73/00 - Offset Frontal Impact Occupant Protection) 2005'.
