Defect

Due to improper paint application, the torque specification of the front engine bolts may cause the paint to wear down with heat and vibration from the engine. This could cause the bolts to loosen.

Hazard

The engine mounting bolts may break, which could cause the frame to break. This may pose an accident hazard to the rider and other road users.

Remedy

Consumers are advised to contact their nearest Suzuki Dealership to have their motorcycle inspected. For any concerns or queries please contact Suzuki Customer Care line on 03 9931 5500.
