The incorrect Compliance Plate Approval (CPA) number was embossed on the compliance plate.

Contact your Mazda dealer to make an appointment to have the replacement compliance plate fitted at your earliest convenience. Further information is available from Freecall 1800 034 411 (9.30am to 5.00pm EST, Monday to Friday) and select option 3 to speak to a Mazda Customer Service Representative.
