Defect

On some eligible units, improper tightening of the muffler mounting bolts can cause the bolts to unscrew by vibration, resulting in the muffler disconnecting and falling off, creating a risk to rider safety.

Hazard

Malfunction.

Kawasaki Motors Pty Ltd will contact owners of all affected vehicles.
