Defect

The affected vehicles are not compliant with the latest ADR regulations. The vehicles are fitted with a lap belt on the passenger side instead of a lap sash belt as per ADR regulations.

Hazard

The passenger may not be secured sufficiently in the event of sudden stopping or an accident.

Remedy

Customers will be notified by registered mail.
