Defect

The Power Sliding Door system may not warn occupants while in operation.

Hazard

If the vehicle occupant is unaware of the power sliding door system is operating, it may increase the risk of injury.

Remedy

Owners should immediately contact their preferred Kia dealer to schedule an appointment to have the Power Sliding Door software updated, free of charge. A dealer listing can be found by visiting www.kia.com.au/findadealer
