Defect

Due to a software issue, the engine control software requires updating for efficient engine emission performance.

Hazard

There is no safety hazard and the defect will not affect the performance of the vehicle. Vehicles may not be compliant with the ADR 80/03 - Emission Control for Heavy Vehicles.

Remedy

Owners of affected vehicles should contact their nearest authorised RAM dealer to have the engine control software updated, free of charge.
