Defect

The propeller shaft may not meet manufacturing specifications and could fail. As a result, the vehicle will experience a loss of motive power whilst driving.

Hazard

A loss of motive power whilst driving could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to vehicle occupants and/or other road users.

Remedy

Owners of affected vehicles can contact their local Infiniti Service Centre to schedule an appointment to have their vehicles propeller shaft replaced, free of charge.
