Defect

Due to a software issue with the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS), the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) may fail. This may result in a loss of vehicle control.

Hazard

A loss of vehicle control could increase the risk of an accident, causing injury or death to vehicle occupants and other road users.

Remedy

Owners of affected vehicles should contact their local authorised RAM dealer to have ABS control module reprogram, free of charge.
