Due to a manufacturing defect, there is a possibility that the wiring harness retaining bracket on the front drive (R1) axle housing may interfere with the suspension lateral rod in certain severe operating environments. The lateral rod may sustain damage due to frequent impact with the wiring harness boss. In the worst-case scenario, the lateral rod could fail due to this damage, resulting in vehicle instability. This could cause reduced stability while driving and result in a loss of vehicle control.

In the ACU (Automatic Clutch Unit) of the transmission of the Hybrid trucks equipped with AMT (Automatic Manual Transmission): 1) The water sealing grommets may be deformed and cause water to enter the actuating motors due to incorrect layout of the wires. This may hinder the smooth movement of the brushings causing the warning light to come on, and in the worst case scenario, the brushings may become stuck and the clutch may become inoperable. 2) The actuator brushings may wear prematurely if the vehicle is started and stopped frequently due to inadequate programming of the control software. This may cause the warning light to come on, and if continued to be used without reprogramming, the clutch may become inoperable.

The intermittent relay contact points located in the wiper combination switch assembly, due to a durability factor may wear prematurely. Frequent operation of the intermittent wiper circuit may cause the intermittent relay contact points to separate from the contact arm causing an electrical short circuit, resulting in wipers being inoperative.
